  • Late or non-payment may result in service suspension or cancellation.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Secure pets and valuables

  • Inform us of special conditions or hazards

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available when required

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by customer failure to meet these obligations.

Account Suspension or Termination

Cancellations & Rescheduling
