At Totally Cleaning Services LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, re-cleaning, and service issues are handled.

No Cash Refunds After Service Completion

Because cleaning services are time-based and labor-intensive, cash refunds are not provided once a service has been completed.

However, we are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.

Satisfaction Guarantee / Re-Cleaning Policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

• We will schedule a free re-cleaning of the specific areas of concern.

• Re-cleaning must be completed within 3 business days, subject to availability.

This is our primary remedy instead of a refund.

Partial Refunds (Limited Circumstances)

Partial refunds may be considered only if:

• A service was paid for but not performed, or

• A major portion of the agreed service was missed and cannot be corrected.

Any approved refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: No charge.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service:
  A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost may apply.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full service charge may apply.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or re-cleaning will not be issued for:

• Normal wear and tear or permanent stains

• Areas inaccessible at the time of service

• Pre-existing damage

• Client dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations

• Issues reported after 24 hours

Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Totally Cleaning Services LLC directly to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service refusal.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
